About Yin Yoga

The Yin Yoga school is a special space to learn as well as practicing and teaching the unique, meditative form that is Yin Yoga. Our Mission

One of the main features of the Yin Yoga Foundation is its concentration on education. Students don't simply learn to practice Yin Yoga but also the reasons behind its effectiveness.
